We may advertise in local press but as the vast majority of buyers are searching online, we do not always deem this as necessary. AB Property is happy to offer accompanied viewings, including out of business hours and weekends. For empty properties, we are also able to hold a set of keys to enable us to carry out viewings and we will inspect the property on a regular basis.

Sales progress
Once a sale is agreed our service does not end there, our dedicated family team will follow the sale through until legal completion and key hand over occurs. A large number of property sales fail to reach completion due to a variety of different reasons. At AB Property, we recognise that in most cases this can be avoided by effective communication with all parties involved at each stage of the process. Once you have accepted an offer on your property and the chain is closed, we will take control and proactively manage your sale or purchase. We will communicate with your solicitors, the buyer and seller and all other parties connected to your chain to ensure your property moves to completion as seamlessly and as quickly as possible. If any questions arise throughout the conveyancing process, we will ensure that they are answered quickly and correctly, so as not to unduly delay matters.
