AB Property Sales & Lettings is a privately owned independent estate agent operated and managed by Ian and Caroline Yeardley.
This family business was originally established in 1998 as a vehicle to manage our own portfolio of rental properties, since then we have grown almost entirely through recommendation alone. To support our ever expanding business, we have recently moved to new offices in Ransom Wood Business Park, a relaxed and picturesque woodland setting in the heart of Sherwood Forest.
On the lettings side of our business, we represent a broad section of landlords, from those owning one investment property to those with a portfolio.
